A: Not a dime! All of our services to candidates and consultants are completely free of charge. We want to equip you with the best tools to build your career, including but not limited to tailored marketing and planning, resume customization, company and market research, interview preparation, compensation negotiations and on-going professional development. All of our revenue comes from client companies that are smart enough to bring on our talented candidates!
Q: How long does it take to find a position?
A: There are a lot of variables that will impact the timing of finding the right role but we’ll blanket the market as quickly as possible to identify all possible options and help you make the best decision.
Q: What if I’m not looking for a new job right now?
A: Considering a career change when it is not a necessity is the ideal time to begin your search and relationship with us! Understanding what you like about your current job will help us provide the best possible options when you’re ready to make a change.
Q: What can I expect after I’ve been placed?
A: From beginning to end, we are available and present for open communication. We check in with you on your first day and at the end of your first week in the new role at a minimum to immediately address any questions or concerns so that you can perform your best. We then do 30-day and every-six-month formal reviews to ensure that you are progressing and being supported every step of the way.
