Once a candidate has been placed, we’ll pay you $1,500 either directly or donate it on your behalf to the 501(c)(3) of your choice. Think of it as a thank you for expanding our business, guiding our candidates on the path to their dream roles, growing our clients’ talented teams AND giving back at the same time.

*For contract candidates, our guaranteed term is two weeks and for full-time candidates, it’s three months. In the unlikely event a candidate doesn’t work out, we will replace that individual at our cost or refund the fee.
